Whether you want to realize it or not, if you aren’t happy with life it’s because you aren’t fit and healthy.

You are a machine, maybe not entirely, but your body is a machine.
It helps your conscious mind walk, talk, and interact with other minds.
Your body is a visual representation of your mind and it very much determines who you are from another person’s point of view.

2 hours a day of temporary pain is all you need for a lifetime of a confident mindset.
Confidence in your own ability will grant you the freedom to make decisions intuitively.
